Reopening Tuesday, May 26th
To our customers: Thank you for your patronage, we appreciate you so much and look forward to when everything will go back to normal. For now, we want to share a bit with you so you are prepared upon entering our store of what to expect.
With reopening, there will be new regulations we to have to follow. Personal service providers are being held to the strictest regulations of all businesses reopening under Phase 2 and we want you to know we take this very seriously.
To reopen our store, we are mandated as follows:
Our store has been cleaned and sanitized top to bottom and we will continue to sanitize and disinfect everything, constantly, as we always have. Piercing areas will be disinfected and sanitized in between customers with hospital grade sterilizing solution, as we have always done.
If you are coming in for jewelry or merchandise, on the retail side of our store, masks are strongly encouraged, but not enforced, as set forth by Dr. Bob Lutz, Spokane County Health Officer.
For piercings, we will not be taking appointments, piercings will be done on a walk-in basis only.
Customers who are getting a piercing, are required to wear a mask, so please bring a face covering with you. We understand you have the right to refuse to wear a mask, and we respect that. This is not our rule, this is being mandated by the state.
Customers will be asked to maintain six-foot social distancing. We may ask customers to form a line outside of our store, in order to be in compliance with the 50% occupancy rule. We will work to get everyone in and out in a timely manner, as we always have.
We have held safety meetings with our staff, and our staff will be screened before the start of each shift.
In addition to this, there are other changes that you will notice, to stay in compliance with the new regulations.
